We just completed a major Florida beach condo remodel project with O’Neil Industries, and couldn’t be happier with the final result. Because we are in the design industry up north and have quite a bit of experience in remodeling and building, we sought a knowledgeable and experienced contractor who understood our emphasis on quality workmanship. Rob impressed us with his unfailing commitment to quality and his excellent team of designers, subcontractors, and office staff. Rob uses technology to track every single aspect of every job – and NOTHING was missed. Mariah Koch, his interior designer, was one of the very best we have ever worked with. Mariah assisted us on our selections, accurately tracked everything, and ensured that everything was perfectly installed.
The fact that this project was done remotely, with few site visits by us, underscores the benefit of Rob’s regular communication and frequent photographs. There were no surprises. In spite of the pandemic, he successfully completed the project on time.
As an example of Rob going the extra mile, after the remodel was complete, and we were moving in, we called Rob on a Saturday night when our furniture was being delivered and the sofa wouldn’t fit in the elevator or around the stairs. Rob called one of his crane contractors to come the next day to lift the sofa through the lanai. Clearly above and beyond the call of duty. Bottom line is if you want the best, choose O’Neil Industries.
