O’Neil Industries has earned our highest praise following complete renovation of an old home on Sanibel Island. The project involved floor plan modifications, full gut renovation of the kitchen and baths, a total interior facelift, all new impact windows and doors, new exterior siding and soffits, painting, and more. Although the work coincided with the worst of the pandemic supply chain problems, the project came in within budget and ahead of schedule.
