Rob was in total control, very responsive, used great trusted subcontractors, met his published schedule. As an architect I was very impressed with the fit and finish quality, attention to detail. His web site was very informative on progress, cost tracking, progress photos. We were in Chicago and only visited construction once due to the completeness of the web site. Even better than most commercial contractors I have worked with professionally.
