The picture on top shows the Kitchen Remodeling portion of the whole home renovation.  Of course we need to first mention the Cambria Brittanica quartz countertops as a main highlight.  There are also 4×12 dove gray tiles that tie the backsplash into the slate gray island.  The LED lights are laid out to ensure a consistent lighting throughout the work areas. Even without the lights, the kitchen adds so much brightness to the entire remodeling project.

Above we show the dining room.  Take notice of the lighting fixture with Edison bulbs to give it a modern retro feel.  The LED recessed lights are used well here too.  They are strategically placed on dimmers to ensure lighting for any mood.

And following below we move to office part of the project. The goal was to have a simplistic environment for a clear workspace to have a clear mind when doing some office work.

And now we move over to the bathroom remodel portion of the renovation project.  Notice how the window casing, window stool, and baseboard all tie together.  The wall sconces tie into the modern-retro theme.

Let’s now leave the inside and walk outside to see how comfortable it is for entertaining by the pool.

The picture on top shows the Kitchen Remodeling portion of the whole home renovation.  Of course we need to first mention how beautiful this contemporary style looks starting with the LED lit smoked glass cabinets across the top.  Those are matched with the white quartz counters and high gloss cabinets.

The picture that follows is the wet bar on the other side of the kitchen.  It features high gloss black cabinetry.  The LED lights are incorporated into the wall cabinets with glass shelves lighting up all the bottles throughout.

This home remodeling consisted of creating such a natural flow between rooms.  From the wet bar we move into the living room.    One cannot miss the custom made entertainment center. The 32×32 porcelain floor offers so much style.  And the arches in the glass doors tie into the arches that are throughout the home.  And then we show the dining room for quaint gatherings at meal time.

Visitors will enjoy a comfortable quest bedroom as seen next.  Luxury vinyl plank flooring provides a durable and cost effective option.

And finally we end at the remodeled master bathroom and bedroom.  We sourced a tile that came in high gloss & matte finish. The tile throughout the main areas is a high gloss. We used matte in the bathroom to ensure it was not a slip hazard.  The paneling on the bedroom wall was designed around the measurements of the bed that the customer selected. The bed fits perfectly in between the paneling.  And here we switched to wood plank tiling.

The picture on top begin with the zoysia grass brightly standing out.  This home was completely remodeled with a Mediterranean Style featuring a beautiful tiled roof, pavers and brown garage doors.

The picture just above shows the Kitchen Remodeling portion of the whole home remodeling.  The travertine floors were installed with no joint. The entire floor had to be leveled within an 1/8” to achieve the desired results.  As you can see, the focus is for everything too be open and setup for entertaining.

And just below we move over to the Bathroom Remodeling portion of the remodeling project.  Some highlights to notice include that the tub was custom designed and made from travertine.  The tile was bull-nosed on site. And the walls too are tiled in travertine with a glass inlay border running throughout.

This whole home remodeling project had every detail covered from the interior to the exterior.  Once again travertine is on the floors and up the walls on the right.  Subtle details are brought to your eye such as the skimmer which is a removable travertine paver.  Entertaining inside and outside is equally eloquent where this inside pool meets the outside.  Outdoor living extends beyond the pool area where there is a propane powered first put incorporated into the glass table.  The luxurious comforts follow for all sorts of inside and outside entertainment, whether it be the morning, day or night,

The style of the remodeled home continued all the way to the garage, where it can be viewed as the ultimate man cave.  All of the details of this home where mutually designed for the happiness of both husband and wife, with perhaps a slight favor towards the wife.  All she had to do was concede to a few requests for her husband which was a wonderful balance for both.  Notice the travertine jointless floors to ensure the final continuation of the style throughout the entire home.
