The picture above starts with the new kitchen remodeling portion of the project showing the columns with rivets that have the plumbing and fire alarms concealed ensuring that utilities can be cosmetically appealing.  The actual features include white shaker style cabinets, floating luxury vinyl plank and track lighting.

The following shows the perspective of the other direction leading into the dining room of the remodeling project.  We included a similar simple yet eloquent look and feel for the wall sconce and nautical chandelier.

We enter this Naples Condo with a quaint sitting bench.  The entire atmosphere has a natural flow to it leading to the Guest Bedroom.  The same character is found in the Guest Bathroom Remodeling portion of the project too.

The beaches of Naples have their own perfect sunrises and sunsets. The Lanai shown here has another layer of sliders making this both a perfect indoor and outdoor space.

The remodeled master bathroom continues with a continuous modern appeal with everything looking clean and sharp.

The picture above shows the front door leading into the Living Room.  And the following shows the perspective of the other direction leading into the new kitchen remodeling portion of the project.  We included a similar look and feel for floating shelves, high gloss acrylic cabinets and a classy hood vent.

The new kitchen remodel has some really modern features.  Notice in the first alternative kitchen image below there is no hardware making it look super slick.   The channel between the counter top and top row of drawers (called a GOLA channel system), and it is between the 1^st and 2^nd row of doors in order to pull the drawers out.  The cabinets elsewhere are push to open.   The backsplash is a Galaxy Denim subway glass tile.

The second angle of the new kitchen shows the integrated appliances completely flush with the cabinetry.  On top is a Halo Flush Mount Light

The Guest Bath is an introduction to our Bathroom Remodeling services.  We wanted to keep the same look and feel throughout the entire condo.  Notice there is the same GOLA channel system.  We included a Vessel Sink.  There is a Chevron Pattern Tile in the middle of the shower.   Other subtle details are the shower curb, the two shower niches, and the bench in the shower are all custom made with the same quartz pieces blending to the match the countertop.

We now move to the Master Bedroom where the wallpaper matches the carpet.  The bedroom looks like it belongs with a smooth transition from the rest of the house.  And the bathroom has a subtle toned down look as opposed to a brighter look in the guest bathroom.

Now imagine this Naples resident enjoying the sunrises and sunsets in this beautiful Lanai.

We begin with the view you will see much of when in the area.  The project we completed is in the building in between the zig-zag buildings on the right.  The rest of this story focuses on a Naples Condo Remodel offering a modern & clean appeal.

Since the image above provides a great perspective on the project that we wish to narrow it on some subtle items such as the columns on the right are hiding mechanical elements from the building.  Our goal was to ensure an esthetically pleasing look. Concealed in the columns are plumbing drain lines that run through the building as well as fire alarm wiring.  So while others may see an obstacle, we were able to convert it to a focal point.   Our goal is to help you see the grand vision as well as all the details that go into making it become a reality.

Luxury can be found in both large and small condominiums.  For this whole condo renovation we were able to make the owners feel comfortable regardless of the size of the unit.   Our company has worked with clients who have million plus condos that are under 1,000 square feet and they receive equal results as those to a large condominium.

The picture on top shows the Kitchen Remodeling portion of the whole condo renovation.  The LED recessed ceiling lights are placed accordingly to the flow of kitchen.  We even factored in work areas to reduce shadows.  Even without the lights, the kitchen adds so much brightness to the entire remodeling project.

Above we take a closer look starting with the wood plank tile, giving the illusion of real wood but with the durability of porcelain tile.  Then there are the subtle details starting with the cabinetry to the left of the floating shelves.  Those shelves were custom modified and the depth was reduced by 1”. This allowed us to get the box of the cabinet flush with the wall for a very professional look.  Others may have used a standard depth cabinet but then it would have stuck past the wall.  There is a pull out trash bin and cookie tray in the island for functional storage.  The cover plates on the wall below the floating shelves are metal as opposed to plastic.  The plates were painted with automotive paint that was tinted to the wall color, so that they will last.  And we finished it off with floating shelves for an eloquent look.

And following below we move to one of the two Bathroom Remodeling parts of the project.  We begin with the guest bathroom featuring Timeless 3×6 white subway tiles that always has, and always will look good.  The Shaker Doors tie into the Shaker Cabinetry.  And of course we finished it off with a deep blue paint to gives the feeling you are at the beach, and in this case we are.

And now we move over to the master bathroom remodel and master bedroom remodel portions of the renovation project.  Notice how the wood plank tile catches your eye.  Those glass cabinet knobs tie into the timeless look.  And the gray striations in the countertop tie into the gray cabinetry.   The master bedroom immediately follows with flatstock casing and baseboard that ties into the timeless look.  Imagine looking out the window to start each morning before heading into the rest of the condo to enjoy your living.

The picture on top shows the Kitchen Remodeling portion of the whole condo renovation.  It features inset shaker white cabinetry that creates such an elegant look.  The AC is concealed with the Louver vent.  There is a wonderful hand painted rug.  And we finish it off with Viking appliances.

The walls & carpet are hand painted by a nationally known design company to provide such an outstanding feel when walking into this new condo renovation.

The next two pictures include the dining room renovation and hall cabinets renovation portion of the condo upgrade.  A subtle detail for the dining room is, from a distance the plantation shutters above the sliders create an illusion that the sliders are continuous which gives a grand feeling.   The second image shows inset Louver cabinetry that ties into the louver interior doors creating a consistent look throughout the condo.  Luxury is catered to the guests as well as the owners.  There is also a makeup table located outside of the guest bathroom.

And following below we move to a Bathroom Remodeling part of the project.  It was designed with a natural stone tile.  The corner shower bench is another nice feature.

And now we move over to the master bedroom remodel portion of the renovation project.  Notice the sisal carpet.  Imagine looking out the window to start each morning before heading into the rest of the condo to enjoy your living.
