Rob started working with his father at a very young age who has been a licensed contractor in Massachusetts for over 30 years. Rob relocated to Florida in 2009 with his wife Jesse, first focusing in the family business of real estate investment. From there, Rob worked with a large chain company to build their salons across New York. Upon returning to Florida (to get back to the sunny weather) Rob started O’Neil Industries in 2013 to become a leading Gulf Coast remodeler and builder. In his free time, you will find Rob enjoying time with Jesse & their three children, Tyler, Ariana & Luna, racing cars, and spending time with friends.

Jen, a native of Fort Myers, is an experienced designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Design from the University of Florida. With over eleven years of expertise, she is passionate about working closely with clients to create unique and personalized homes. Jen’s love for architecture, design, furniture, lighting, and fabrics guides clients throughout the entire construction and design process. When not immersed in her work, she enjoys quality time with her family and cheering on the Florida Gators.

Adam started out in the construction industry at the young age of 13 in Santa Cruz, California. After school Adam would help his father on bathroom remodels and other residential projects. From there, Adam continued his career in residential remodeling, becoming proficient in most trades. Adam has worked his way through the industry from carpenter to project manager. Adam is EPA Lead Certified as well as OSHA Certified. He has experience ranging from small handyman work to overseeing multimillion-dollar high-rise penthouse remodels. Adam & family (wife, son & dogs) relocated to southwest Florida to enjoy all the perks Southwest Florida has to offer. In Adams free time you will catch him spending time with his family, being outdoors, and working on his house.

She also is able to maneuver her way through the permitting process with the ever-changing ordinances in the surrounding cities and counties to help make the entire remodeling process as effortless as possible. Barbara and her husband relocated from the South Jersey in 2019 to enjoy the amenities that South West Florida has to offer.

Dawn, accompanied by her trusty beagle, Chloe, made the bold move to southwest Florida in 2019, seeking new inspirations amidst its vibrant landscape. Her story is a fusion of talent, accolades, and the pursuit of design perfection.

Nate’s experience & skill set shines during project close-out punch lists. In his spare time, you will catch him spending time with his two kids and girlfriend.

With a strong work ethic and a passion for woodworking, Jovan is dedicated to providing high-quality craftsmanship to his clients.

Jerry, a seasoned construction worker with 35 years in the field, grew up in Fort Myers, FL, and spent decades in Naples before settling in Cape Coral. Learning the ropes from his grandfather and father, he developed his skills and work ethic. His stepfather introduced him to carpentry, where he found his niche. Outside of work, Jerry enjoys simple pleasures like strumming the guitar, tinkering with cars, and spending time with family and friends, always ready to lend a hand.
