Rob started working with his father at a very young age who has been a licensed contractor in Massachusetts for over 30 years. Rob relocated to Florida in 2009 with his girlfriend Jesse, who is now his wife, first focusing in the family business of real estate investments. From there, Rob took a job with a large chain company to build their salons across New York. Upon returning to Florida (to get back to the sunny weather) Rob started O’Neil Industries to become a leading Gulf Coast Remodeler. In his free time you will find Rob enjoying time with his family & friends.

Jen, a native of Fort Myers, is an experienced designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Design from the University of Florida. With over eleven years of expertise, she is passionate about working closely with clients to create unique and personalized homes. Jen’s love for architecture, design, furniture, lighting, and fabrics guides clients throughout the entire construction and design process. When not immersed in her work, she enjoys quality time with her family and cheering on the Florida Gators.

Adam started out in the construction industry at the young age of 13 in Santa Cruz, California. After school Adam would help his father on bathroom remodels and other residential projects. From there, Adam continued his career in residential remodeling, becoming proficient in most trades. Adam has worked his way through the industry from carpenter to project manager. Adam is EPA Lead Certified as well as OSHA Certified. He has experience ranging from small handyman work to overseeing multimillion-dollar high-rise penthouse remodels. Adam & family (wife, son & dogs) relocated to southwest Florida to enjoy all the perks Southwest Florida has to offer. In Adams free time you will catch him spending time with his family, being outdoors, and working on his house.

Barbara and her husband relocated from the South Jersey in 2019 to enjoy the amenities that South West Florida has to offer.

Outside of work, Rodney enjoys spending time with his family, fishing along the Gulf of Mexico, and supporting his children’s activities. His ultimate goal is to help clients enhance their quality of life and build relationships that last a lifetime.

Lee’s journey started in Illinois working in construction during high school to becoming an integral part of his family’s custom home building business is a testament to his dedication and skill. Lee’s family business has built over 2000 homes, ranging from modest to extravagant, Lee has honed his craft as a laborer, finish carpenter, and superintendent. Now residing in Florida, he finds joy in spending time with his fiancé, doting on their dogs, and pursuing his passions for golf, motorcycle riding, and the exhilarating world of car modification and racing.

With a strong work ethic and a passion for woodworking, Jovan is dedicated to providing high-quality craftsmanship to his clients.

AJ, originally from Brooklyn, New York, moved to Florida in 2020. At a young age, AJ had a fascination with taking things apart to understand how they work. His passion for woodworking ultimately resulted in his career. In his younger years, AJ played ice hockey. Outside of work, you will catch AJ playing drums in various bands in the Southwest Florida area. However, his biggest inspiration is his son Maverick, who has changed AJ’s life and motivated him to be the best parent he can be.
